The activities have been designed so that everyone can do them, as long as the minimum age is met. However, if you have any doubts or reasons why you think you cannot carry out any activity, you should let us know and we will advise you or look for an alternative based on your needs.

For rappelling, we use specific material that complies with all safety guarantees. Moreover, under the supervision of our team of professionals, it is a very safe activity, but in the case of having a lot of vertigo we recommend you not to do it since the height can block some people. Although we also have activities that allow you to do low altitude rappelling that can help you overcome your fears.
For caving there are many different caves and chasms, some with really narrow galleries and others with very large spaces where the sensation of claustrophobia is rather mild. Although if you have extreme claustrophobia you should let us know and we will advise you or look for an alternative based on your needs.
