The prices indicated are per person, and include VAT and the direct services offered by Viunatura for the minimum group indicated. Unless literally stated otherwise, the contracting of external services (accommodation, transport,...) will be at the expense of the client, although to facilitate such services, they can sometimes be managed by Viunatura.

The contract for the activities includes a liability and accident insurance policy for all participants.

Viunatura has a complaints form available to its customers.

Viunatura will ensure the safety of the participants, as well as respect for the environment.

Obligations of the Participant

Participants who contract any of the services provided by Viunatura are aware that they are going to carry out an active tourism or adventure sport activity, assuming the risks inherent to the activity and the possibility of suffering a fortuitous accident in the natural environment.

Participants will be subject to the instructions given by the guides accompanying the group, who will be responsible for the direction of the activity.

In the event that one or more participants decide of their own free will to disregard the indications of the guides, neither the guides nor Viunatura will be responsible for their fate.

Participants are obliged to inform Viunatura if they suffer from any type of illness or handicap that could alter the normal functioning of the activity. If a female participant could be pregnant, she must also inform Viunatura.

The guides will have the power to deny participation to those participants who do not have the appropriate equipment for the activity or lack the appropriate physical condition for the effort they must make, giving no refund. Likewise, participants agree not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs and/or narcotics, as well as any other medication that may affect their ability to react.

Participants who are minors must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must sign a document authorizing the minor's participation in the activity.

The participant is responsible for the equipment given to him/her for the activity and must return it in full at the end of the activity. In case of loss of any of the elements during the course of the activity, you must pay its value.

100% of the reservation fee must be paid 7 days before the activity. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Once the transfer has been made, it is advisable to send the proof of payment to the following email addressinfo@viunatura.com para que tengamos constancia de la misma, o bien a través de la plataforma de pago online disponible en la página web de las actividades disponibles.

Cancellations

In the event that the participant cancels his/her participation in the activity, he/she will be reimbursed as follows:

  • Return of 50% delivered when the cancellation occurs between the 9th and 4th day prior to the activity.
  • 0% refund of the amount delivered when the cancellation occurs between the fourth and the same day of the activity.

The fact of not showing up on the day of the activity will not imply any refund of the amount paid. Furthermore, if 30 minutes have passed before a fixed time at a meeting point to carry out an activity and if the client does not notify the delay, Viunatura will leave the meeting point and the amount of the reservation will not be paid. Likewise, in case of a delay with notice, Viunatura will proportionally shorten the development of the activity if it allows it.

In the event that on the same day of starting the activity, the weather conditions pose a danger to the integrity of the participants, the activity will be postponed to another date at the suggestion of the company, or the client, also giving the option to exchange the activity for another one or to reimburse 75% of the cost of the activity.

Any modification or suspension of the activity once it has begun due to causes beyond the control of the organization, will not imply the reimbursement of any amount or the replacement of the same, so we will try to begin the activity in the most favorable conditions possible.

Viunatura will not be responsible for the provisioning of participants except for activities that indicate otherwise.

Viunatura undertakes to provide the services within the legal framework of the current regulations of Tourism and Active Tourism.
